探讨药物球囊对冠状动脉心肌桥合并近端狭窄病变患者预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of drug balloon on the prognosis of patients with coronary artery myocardial bridge complicated with proximal stenosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合冠心病诊断标准；
2.30＜年龄≤ 85岁；
3.靶血管直径＞2.0mm。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease;

2.30 < age ≤ 85 years;

3. Target vessel diameter > 2.0mm

排除标准：

1.左主干病变；
2.冠状动脉旁路移植术后；
3.严重心功能不全者（左室射血分数＜30%）；
4.肾功能不全患者，包括eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2和肾脏移植患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Left main disease;

2. After coronary artery bypass transplantation;

3. Severe cardiac insufficiency (left ventricular ejection fraction < 30%);

4. Patients with renal insufficiency, including eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2 and kidney transplant patients.
