研究目的：

探讨魔芋寡糖对间歇性禁食期间变胖人群肠道微生态，身体结构及血液相关指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of Konjac oligosaccharide on the gut microbiome, body composition, and urine and blood parameters in overweight during intermittent fasting intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）18-60周岁（含临界值），性别不限；
2）BMI大于等于25；
3）理解本研究的程序和方法，愿意严格遵守试验方案完成本试验并志愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) 18-65 years (including the critical value), no gender limitation;
2) BMI 25 or greater;
3) One can understand the procedures and methods of this study, be willing to strictly abide by the clinical trial protocol to complete this trial, and voluntarily sign an informed consent.

排除标准：

1) 至少1月内未使用抗生素，益生元及益生菌；
2) 已知或者怀疑过敏体质者；
3) 各种继发性高血压综合征（包括肾实质性、肾血管性高血压，内分泌性和睡眠呼吸暂停综合征等）；
4) 无自身免疫性疾病如红斑狼疮，类风湿性关节炎等；
5) 除代谢综合征外的其他慢性疾病（肝硬化，慢性肾炎及其他部位肿瘤等）；
6) 既往曾接受冠状动脉支架植入术治疗（即心脏支架手术）；
7) 合并有肿瘤或者既往肿瘤病史或消化、呼吸、血液等其他系统重大疾病；
8) 酗酒或者药物滥用、药物成瘾倾向者；
9) 合并有其他严重神经、精神系统疾病无法合作或者不愿合作完成规定检查项目，或者伴有自杀倾向者；
10) 妊娠、哺乳期女性或者近期有生育计划者；
11) 伴有明显的口腔疾病，如龋齿、牙周疾病、粘膜相关疾病等；
12) 参加过其他临床研究者；
13) 研究者认为不宜参与本试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The use of antibiotics, prebiotics, and/or probiotics in the last 1 month before the study;
2) Medical history or risk of allergies;
3) Various secondary hypertensive syndromes (Renovascular hypertension, SIADH, etc.);
4) Medical history of autoimmune diseases such as lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc;
5) Liver cirrhosis, chronic nephritis, tumors, etc.;
6) Treated with coronary stenting (heart stenting);
7) Suffering from cancer or previous history of cancer or other serious diseases related to the digestive system, the respiratory system, blood, and other major illnesses;
8) Alcohol or drug abuse, drug addiction;
9) Patients with serious neurological or mental diseases are unable or unwilling to complete the study; or people with suicidal thoughts;
10）Women who are pregnant or breast-feeding or planning the pregnancy;
11) With obvious oral diseases, such as dental caries, periodontal disease, or other oral mucous diseases;
12) Participating in another clinical study;
13) Other inappropriate cases.
