研究目的: |
神经外科开颅术患者术前焦虑紧张可激活交感神经系统导致血流动力学剧烈波动,增加术后并发症。右美托咪定是一种高选择性α2肾上腺素受体激动剂,具有可唤醒镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、抗交感、神经保护作用且几乎无呼吸抑制的特点,使其成为神经外科极具优势的麻醉辅助剂。本项目采用静息态功能磁共振成像技术(rsf-MRI)研究右美托咪定在良性脑肿瘤患者脑内引起的神经网络变化,明确其调控活体神经网络的机制,为右美托咪定的抗焦虑及其脑保护机制研究提供神经网络方面的证据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Preoperative stress and anxiety in patients with brain tumors can activate the sympathetic nervous system, leading to violent fluctuations in hemodynamics and increasing postoperative complications.Dexmetomidine is a highly selective alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonist with a large number of advantages,including arousal sedation, analgesia, anxiolytic, antisympathetic, neuroprotective effects and little respiratory inhibition,making it an advantageous anesthetic adjuvant for neurosurgery. This project, using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rsf-MRI),is going to study the brain neural network changes caused by dexmedetomidine in patients with benign brain tumors,and to clarify its mechanism of regulating the neural network in vivo,providing evidences in brain neural network for studys of anti-anxiety and brain protection mechanism of dexmetomidine. |
