本研究拟探讨遗传学、表观遗传学及免疫学因素与Behcet病发病机制的关系，研究成果将可能为Behcet病的防治提供新的靶点，也可能为其他自身免疫性疾病的防治研究提供重要的借鉴资料。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the relationship between genetics, epigenetics and immunological factors and the pathogenesis of Behcet's disease. The research results may provide new targets for the prevention and treatment of Behcet's disease, and may also provide research for the prevention and treatment of other autoimmune diseases. Important reference materials.

纳入标准：

符合Behcet病诊断的患者。
采用 1990 年国际白塞病研究小组制定的国际分类标准：
（1）反复口腔溃疡：有医生观察到或患者诉说有阿弗他溃疡或疤痕，一年内反复发作≥3 次。
（2）反复生殖器溃疡：有医生观察到或患者诉说生殖器有阿弗他溃疡，尤其是男性。
（3）眼病变：前和（或）后色素膜炎，裂隙灯检查时玻璃体内可见有细胞浸润，或视网膜血管炎。
（4）皮肤病变：结节红斑样病变、假性毛囊炎、脓性丘疹、痤疮样皮疹(未服用糖皮质激素而出现者)。
（5）针刺反应阳性：以 20 毫升无菌针头，斜刺入皮内，24-48小时后由医生判定结果。
凡有反复口腔溃疡并伴发有其余 4 项中的 2 项者，可确诊为本病。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who meet the diagnosis of Behcet's disease.
Adopt the international classification criteria developed by the International Behcet's Research Group in 1990:
(1) Repeated oral ulcers: Some doctors observed or patients complained of aphthous ulcers or scars, repeated attacks within >= 3 times a year.
(2) Repeated genital ulcers: A doctor observed or the patient complained of genital aphthous ulcers, especially men.
(3) Eye lesions: pre- and/or posterior uveitis, cell infiltration, or retinal vasculitis may be seen in the vitreous during slit lamp examination.
(4) Skin lesions: nodular erythematous lesions, pseudo folliculitis, purulent papules, acne-like rash (appeared without taking glucocorticoids).
(5) Acupuncture reaction positive: 20 ml sterile needle, obliquely inserted into the skin, 24-48 hours later by the doctor to determine the results.
Anyone with repeated oral ulcers accompanied by 2 of the remaining 4 items can be diagnosed with this disease.

排除标准：

其它疾病（感染、肿瘤，和其他自身免疫性疾病）引起类似白塞病症状。发病时有严重的心脏病、心功能不全、肝功能障碍、肾功能不全，呼吸衰竭、恶性肿瘤，消化道出血等预计不能完成随访计划；精神病患者；其他原因不能按时服药者；妊娠和哺乳期妇女；正参加其它临床试验的患者；研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Other diseases (infections, tumors, and other autoimmune diseases) cause symptoms similar to Behcet's disease. Severe heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, liver dysfunction, renal insufficiency, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc. are not expected to complete the follow-up plan; patients with mental illness; other reasons can not take the drug on time; pregnancy and lactation Women; patients who are participating in other clinical trials; the researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
