研究目的：

1）获得GERD各亚型患者的精神心理状态和主观反流情况的差异； 2）获得GERD各亚型患者的 24 小时胃食管反流物的理化性质、反流与症状的相关性、近段反流情况，食管各段黏膜阻抗基线，以及各亚型之间的差异性； 3）获得GERD各亚型患者食管远段黏膜炎症细胞及各亚型之间的差异性； 4）获得GERD各亚型患者食管远段黏膜TRPV1 蛋白和基因的表达情况及之间的差异性； 5）获得GERD各亚型患者食管黏膜炎症、阻抗基线与患者反流症状和心理状态的相关性； 6）获得GERD各亚型患者食管黏膜TRPV1 表达量与食管黏膜炎症、阻抗基线的相关性； 7）获得内蒙古自治区中西部地区人群的GERD发病率、分布特点及其发病危险因素，制定具体的防治措施。  

Objectives of Study：

1) The difference in mental state and subjective reflux of GERD subtypes; 2) Obtain the physical and chemical properties of the 24-hour gastric esophageal reflux in each subtype of GERD, the correlation between reflux and symptoms, the near reflux, the baseline of mucosal impedance in each segment of the esophagus, and the differences between subtypes; 3) To obtain the difference between far mucosal inflammatory cells and subtypes of esophagus in each subtype of GERD patients; 4) The expression of TRPV1 protein and gene in the far segment of esophagus mucosa in each subtype of GERD patients and the differences between them; 5) Obtain the correlation between esophageal mucosal inflammation, impedance baseline and reflux symptoms and psychological state in GERD subtypes; 6) Obtaining the correlation between the expression of TRPV1 in esophageal mucosa in various subtypes of GERD patients and the inflammation and impedance baseline of esophageal mucosa; 7) Obtain the incidence, distribution characteristics and risk factors of GERD in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and formulate specific prevention and control measures.

纳入标准：

具有典型反酸、烧心症状，病程大于 3 个月，经食管 24 小时 MII-pH 证实具有病理性胃食管反流，根据上消化道内镜下食管黏膜的表现分为 RE、NERD 和 BE 。

Inclusion criteria

With typical anti-acid and heartburn symptoms, the course of the disease was greater than 3 months. The 24-hour MI-pH of the esophagus confirmed pathological gastroesophageal reflux. According to the performance of the esophageal mucosa under the upper gastrointestinal endoscope, it was divided into RE, NERD, and BE.

排除标准：

消化性溃疡、贲门失弛缓、食管良恶性肿瘤、上消化道手术史、糖尿病，因严重疾病或精神异常不能耐受或配合胃镜检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Peptic ulcer, cardiac flaccid, esophageal malignant tumor, history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, diabetes, can not tolerate or cooperate with gastroscopy due to serious diseases or mental abnormalities.
