研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是通过与传统影像学诊断手法进行对比，评价基于深度摄像头测量cobb’角对脊柱侧凸诊断的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of depth cameras-based measurement of cobb's Angle in the diagnosis of scoliosis by comparing with traditional imaging diagnostic techniques.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.武汉科技大学附属武昌医院门诊或在院知情同意且自愿；
2.年龄小于80岁者；
3.BMI小于28者；
4.简易智力检查量表（MMSE）得分高于23。

Inclusion criteria

1. Informed consent and voluntary consent in the outpatient department or in the hospital of Wuchang Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology;
2. Patients aged <80 years;
3. BMI less than 28;
4. The score of MMSE was higher than 23.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与者；
2.不稳定的医疗状况；
3.视力受损；
4.下肢或脊柱的重大创伤或骨科疾病史、既往脊柱手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to participate;
2. Unstable medical condition;
3. Visual impairment;
4. Patients with a history of major trauma or orthopedic disease of lower limbs or spine, or previous spinal surgery.

The Cobb angle of spine bending on the standing full spine frontal X-ray film is >= 10 degree

由同一研究者通过深度摄像头采集健康人体的深度图像，获取被检测人员人体背面等不同角度的骨骼信息，结合彩色图像基于人体生理结构实现脊柱关键点的人工数据标注，分析健康人体的脊柱关键点特征和特征向量。应用机器学习算法建立健康人体脊柱模型，通过摄像机获取被检测人员图像，进行降噪、角度调整等图像预处理，基于健康人体脊柱模型，判别被检测人员脊柱是否存在侧弯或前倾，给出侧弯或前倾的具体部位和角度，以及与健康脊柱的差距。
