研究目的：

观察口腔黏膜潜在恶性疾患在中国人群中的临床转归及恶变风险，评价几种无创/微创检测方法对上述疾病的恶变风险进行监测及早期诊断的效能，为建立口腔黏膜潜在恶性疾患癌变早期诊断新体系提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe clinical outcome and malignant transformation risk of oral potentially malignant disorder in Chinese population ,and evaluate efficiency of several noninvasive/minimally invasive detection methods on malignant transformation risk monitoring and early diagnosis of oral potentially malignant disorder, in order to provide theoretical basis for establishing new system for early diagnosis of oral potentially malignant disorder carcinogenesis.

临床印象为口腔黏膜潜在恶性疾患（OPMDs）的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with a clinical impression of OPMDs

排除标准：

临床印象为其他口腔黏膜疾病（非OPMDs）的患者

Patients with clinical impression of other oral mucosa diseases (non-OPMDs)

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过向研究对象发放登记表进行填写，对患者进行相关的口腔检查并记录，由各参研单位将研究数据上传至口腔黏膜潜在恶性疾患患者随访系统，进行汇总分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Registration forms were issued to study subjects for filling in, and relevant oral examinations were performed and recorded. The research data were uploaded to the OPMD follow-up system for summary and analysis.
