通过对胃癌高危人群的数据进行分析，力争制定胃癌筛查流程以提高胃癌高危人群的检出率。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the analysis of the data of high risk population of gastric cancer, we try to establish the screening process of gastric cancer to improve the detection rate of high risk population of gastric cancer.

纳入标准：

在南方医科大学南方医院内镜中心完成胃镜检查，根据VS分型及病理诊断为胃早癌，有完整的内镜资料，包括病人基本资料、内镜白光照片、色素内镜照片、染色内镜照片、ESD手术照片或录像、病理标本照片。

Inclusion criteria

Patients whose gastroscopy was performed in the Endoscopic Center of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University and was diagnosed as early gastric cancer according to VS classification and pathology. There were complete endoscopic data of the patients, including basic data of patients, endoscopic white light photos, pigmented endoscopic photographs, staining endoscopic photographs, ESD surgical photos or videos, pathological specimens.

排除标准：

未在南方医科大学南方医院完成胃镜检查，无完整的内镜数据。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients whose gastroscopy was not completed in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University and no complete endoscopic data were found.
