Objectives of Study：

Metabolic syndrome in patients with visceral fat area of change on the influence of blood pressure blood sugar blood fat.

纳入标准：

2009年国际糖尿病联盟流行病预防工作组联合过渡声明(joint interim statement，JIS) 标准符合以下3项及以上者即可诊断:①腰围升高:中国男性≥85 cm女性≥80 cm;②TG≥1.7mmol/L，或已接受治疗者;③HDL-C降低:男性＜1.03 mmol/L，女性＜1.29 mmol/L，或已接受治疗者;④血压升高:SBP＞130 mmHg和(或)DBP＞85mmHg，或已确诊并治疗者;⑤FPG升高:FPG＞5.6 mmol/L，或已确诊并治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

Joint Transition Statement of the International Diabetes Union Pandemic Prevention Working Group 2009(joint interim statementJIS)① Increased waist circumference: Chinese men ≥85 cm and women ≥80 cm; ②TG≥1.7mmol/L, or had received treatment; ③HDL-C decreased: < 1.03 mmol/L in males and < 1.29 mmol/L in females, or had received treatment; ④ Elevated blood pressure :SBP > 130 mmHg and/or DBP > 85mmHg, or diagnosed and treated; ⑤ Elevated FPG :FPG > 5.6 mmol/L, or diagnosed and treated.

排除标准：

进行排除：高危不稳定性心绞痛，导致血液动力学不稳定的心律失常，高度房室传导阻滞；严重主动脉缩窄、肥厚型心肌病、肺栓塞、慢性阻塞性肺病、感染；肝肾功能不全、甲状腺功能亢进或减退；肌肉骨骼病变、神经系统疾病；血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤；残疾人或不能合作者需要排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria High-risk unstable angina pectoris, leading to hemodynamic unstable arrhythmias, high atrioventricular block; Severe aortic coarctation, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pulmonary embolism, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, infection; Liver and kidney insufficiency, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; Musculoskeletal diseases, nervous system diseases; Diseases of the blood system, malignancies, the disabled, can't partner
