研究目的：

1.HPV感染与阴茎癌腹股沟淋巴结转移的相关性； 2.利用九分法对腹股沟淋巴结区域的淋巴结密度进行分析，寻找适合中国人群的清扫范围。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Correlation between HPV infection and inguinal lymph node metastasis of penile cancer; 2. Using the nine-point method to analyze the lymph node density in the inguinal lymph node region, to find a suitable dissection range for the Chinese population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.确诊阴茎鳞状细胞癌拟行腹股沟淋巴结清扫患者；
b.年龄≥18岁；
c.愿意参加研究方案并愿意随访；

Inclusion criteria

a. Patients diagnosed with penile squamous cell carcinoma and planned to undergo inguinal lymph node dissection;
b. Age ≥ 18 years old;
c. Willing to participate in the research program and willing to follow up;

排除标准：

a.既往行腹股沟淋巴结清扫术或活检术；
b.淋巴结间融合或结外侵犯；
c.既往经系统治疗(化疗、放疗、免疫治疗等）；
d.病检伴有其他分化类型；

Exclusion criteria：

a. Previous inguinal lymph node dissection or biopsy
b. Internode fusion or extranodal invasion
c. Previous systemic therapy (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, etc.);
d. Pathological examination accompanied by other differentiation types;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据均采集云南省肿瘤医院的病历管理HIS系统及病理报告管理系统，术中切除的淋巴结分组后进行病理检查，其结果均可在上述两个系统中查询；数据采集后由2名本院医生进行采集和核对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data were collected from the medical record management HIS system and pathology report management system of Yunnan Cancer Hospital. The lymph nodes resected during the operation were grouped for pathological examination, and the results could be queried in the above two systems。After data collection, 2 doctors in our hospital collected and checked them.
