研究目的：

1. 临床基础研究探讨PCOS流产患者子宫内膜炎症反应，子宫上皮-间质细胞相互作用及着床相关因子表达变化情况。 2. 探讨PCOS流产患者胎盘组织生长发育及血管生成情况，评估胎盘线粒体功能及胎盘ROS-SOD1/NRF2通路相关分子表达变化。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clinical basic research to investigate the endometrial inflammatory response, uterine epithelial-mesenchymal cell interaction and expression of implantation-related factors in patients with PCOS abortion. 2. To investigate the growth and angiogenesis of placenta in patients with PCOS abortion, and to evaluate the mitochondrial function of placenta and the expression of ROS-SOD1/NRF2 pathway-related molecules in placenta.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合上述相应诊断标准的流产患者及要求行人工流产的健康患者。
(2) 18岁≤年龄≤45岁。
(3) 自愿参加试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Abortion patients who meet the above-mentioned corresponding diagnostic criteria and healthy patients who require abortion.
(2) Aged 18 to 45 years.
(3) Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1) 药物流产术后不全流产需要清宫者。
(2) 宫内异常和子宫肌瘤导致宫腔变形 (超声下评估)粘膜下肌瘤。
(3) 父母染色体核型异常。
(4) 目前存在其他内科疾病。
(5) 现在或近期酗酒或使用违禁药物者。
(6) 患有性传播疾病者 (临时排除)。
(7) 精神病患者。
(8) 合并心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Incomplete abortion after medical abortion requires clearing the palace.
(2) intrauterine abnormalities and uterine fibroids lead to uterine cavity deformation (under ultrasound evaluation) submucosal fibroids.
(3) Parent karyotype abnormalities.
(4) There are currently other medical diseases.
(5) Those who drink or use illegal drugs now or in the near future.
(6) Those with sexually transmitted diseases (temporary exclusion).
(7) Psychiatric patients.
(8) Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
