研究目的：

通过系统生物学技术分析子宫内膜相关疾病的患者样本与正常受试者间样本的代谢差异，发现子宫内膜相关疾病患者中早期预测相关并发疾病的差异性代谢生物标志物及相关代谢通路，通过对标志物进行深层次分析，探究子宫内膜相关疾病间的关联机制，揭示关键标志物的生物学功能，为临床对子宫内膜相关疾病风险的早期防控和合理用药提供实验数据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the analysis of the metabolic differences between the samples of patients with endometrial related diseases and the normal subjects by the system biological technology, we found that in the early stage of patients with endometrial related diseases, we can predict the differential metabolic biomarkers and related metabolic pathways of related concurrent diseases. Through the deep analysis of the biomarkers, we can explore the correlation mechanism between endometrial related diseases and reveal the biological function of the key markers,in order to provide experimental data for the early prevention and control of the risk of endometrial related diseases and the rational use of drugs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

正常对照者：
1）年龄，性别与实验组患者比例相当；
2）具有月经情况、既往病史、家族病史等基本信息；
3）体检各项指标均正常；
4）无相关其他妇科疾病、慢性病及代谢性疾病如糖尿病等；
5）无家族遗传病及感染疾病。
子宫内膜常见病的患者：
1）具有月经情况、既往病史、家族病史等详细完整的病历信息；
2）所有患者均经临床病理组织形态学确诊；
3）术前未经任何治疗，如放疗、化疗、口服药物治疗等；
4）患者不存在其他妇科疾病、生殖系统感染疾病、恶性疾病、慢性病及代谢性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Normal controls:
1) age, gender and the proportion of patients in the experimental group are the same;
2) menstruation, past medical history, family history and other basic information;
3) all physical examination indicators are normal;
4) there are no other gynecological diseases, chronic diseases and metabolic diseases such as diabetes;
5) there are no family genetic diseases and infectious diseases.
Patients with common diseases of endometrium:
1) have detailed and complete medical record information such as menstruation, past medical history and family medical history;
2) all patients have been confirmed by clinical pathology and histomorphology;
3) have not been treated before operation, such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, oral medication, etc.;
4) have no other gynecological diseases, reproductive system infection, malignant diseases, chronic diseases and Metabolic diseases.

排除标准：

1）确定已知的先天疾病；
2）子宫手术史（剖腹产或宫颈锥切除外）、子宫内膜切除术或子宫动脉栓塞术；
3）通过超声测得的卵巢囊肿等其他妇科疾病及其他激素相关的肿瘤；
4）患有代谢性疾病及重大应激反应，伴有严重并发症及其他心、肺、肝、肾、脑、神经、精神的疾病；
5）近一个月内发生的急性症状，如发热、咳嗽、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等；近一个月内特殊药物的应用，如抗生素、激素等；
6）酗酒者、药瘾者、长期服用质子泵抑制剂、激素或非甾体类消炎药者；
7）患有血液病包括各种白血病、各种贫血等；
8）怀孕、哺乳或不能排除妊娠可能的女性；
9）研究者认为存在不适合参加该试验的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1) identifying known congenital diseases;
2) history of uterine operation (except caesarean section or cervical conization), endometrial resection or uterine artery embolization;
3) ovarian cyst and other gynecological diseases and other hormone related tumors measured by ultrasound;
4) metabolic diseases and major stress reactions with serious complications and other heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain, nerve and spirit diseases;
5) acute symptoms in the past month, such as fever, cough, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.; application of special drugs in the past month, such as antibiotics, hormones, etc;
6) alcoholics, drug addicts, long-term use of proton pump inhibitors, hormones or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
7) suffer from hematological diseases, including various leukaemia, anemia, etc;
8) pregnant, lactating or women who cannot exclude the possibility of pregnancy;
9) other conditions that the researcher thinks are not suitable for participating in the study.
