研究目的：

拟比较正常排卵人群采用自然排卵方案准备内膜与激素替代方案准备内膜进行冻胚移植后妊娠结局和母婴并发症发生风险的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The study is aimed to compare the pregnancy outcomes and the incidences of obstetric and neonatal complications between natural ovulation regimen and programmed regimen for endometrial preparation in ovulatory women undergoing frozen embryo transfer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）月经周期规律（定义为月经周期24-38天）；
2）年龄20-40岁；
3）拟行冻融单囊胚移植（包括IVF、ICSI及PGT助孕周期）；
4）IVF/ICSI周期剩余至少1枚冷冻囊胚或PGT周期至少有1枚可移植的整倍体胚胎，且Gardner形态学评分≥4BC。

Inclusion criteria

1) Women with regular menstrual cycles which are defined as the length of menstrual cycle ranging from 24 to 38 days18.
2) Women aged ≥20 and ≤40 years old.
3) Women who are scheduled for single frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer in IVF with or without intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) cycles, or preimplantation genetic test (PGT) cycles.
4) Women with at least one vitrified blastocyst in storage during IVF/ICSI cycles or one euploid blastocyst eligible for transfer during PGT cycles, which was morphologically graded as 4BC or better using Gardner grading criteria.

排除标准：

1）反复种植失败患者（已行胚胎移植≥3次未获妊娠）；
2）拟解冻复苏的胚胎为供卵周期来源，或曾接受二次冷冻操作；
3）宫腔粘连患者或者曾行宫腔粘连分离术史者；
4）未经治疗的B超下可见的输卵管积水患者；
5）孕前已诊断为糖尿病、慢性高血压或慢性肾病患者；或既往妊娠过程中曾诊断子痫前期患者；
6）既往冻胚移植前子宫内膜准备过程中曾因“内膜薄（<7mm）”取消周期者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Women who failed to conceive after three or more previous embryo transfer cycles.
2) Women who have frozen embryos derived from oocyte donation or embryos that have undergone the re-cryopreservation process.
3) Women who have been diagnosed with intrauterine adhesion by hysteroscopy, or women with a history of hysteroscopic adhesion-lysis.
4) Women with untreated hydrosalpinx that is visible under pelvic ultrasound.
5) Women who have been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or chronic kidney diseases prior to pregnancy, or those with preeclampsia during a previous pregnancy.
6) Women with a history of canceled FET cycle(s) due to a thin endometrium (<7mm).
