研究目的：

1)探讨特色中医运动处方——鼻炎穴位指压操干预变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。 2)观察鼻炎穴位指压操对变应性鼻炎患者的生活质量影响。 3)鼻炎穴位指压操这一防治变应性鼻炎的中医运动处方新方案得到推广。  

Objectives of Study：

This trial aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of Characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercise Therapy with mobile application on AR symptom control, quality of life improvement, and rescue medication use reduction in adults with AR.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合 AR 中西诊断标准者，中医辨证为气虚或阳虚证（肺、脾、肾三脏任一脏或多脏亏损者），且符合持续性变应性鼻炎标准。
2..年龄在 18-65岁之间,性别不限。
3..受试者需知情同意,志愿参加研究。
4..能够按要求完成病例观察表等相关记录。

Inclusion criteria

1) Each participant must have a diagnosis of PAR according to the diagnostic criteria ; 2) Aged 18 to 65; 3) No gender limited; 4) ability of oral communication; and 5) ability of finishing the case report forms (CRF) by themselves or with the investigators assistance when necessary.

排除标准：

1.急性鼻炎(伤风),血管运动性鼻炎,自主神经性鼻炎,嗜酸性粒细胞增多性非变态反应性鼻炎,或血清IgE阴性者。
2..头面局部皮肤病变如烧伤、湿疹、溃疡、冻疮破溃者。
3..孕妇及肿瘤患者。
4..由于智力或行为障碍不能充分配合完成试验者。
5..因工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Acute rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis and other non-allergic chronic rhinitis; 2) Localized skin lesions(i.e., burn, eczema, ulcer, chilblain); 3) Pregnancy or menstruation (After menstruation can be treated, the dating should be marked); 4) Patients with dysnoesia or behavioral disorders will be unable to cooperate with the trial; 5) Patients who are easily lost to follow-up.
