比较单通道和双通道脊柱内镜治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical outcomes between uniportal and biportal endoscopic decompression for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄50-80岁；
以神经源性间歇性跛行为主要表现，保守治疗3个月无效；
1-2个节段的腰椎管狭窄，合并≤1度的退变性滑脱
无明显脊柱不稳
患者能够自主签署知情同意书并愿意完成随访

Inclusion criteria

Aged 50–80 years old;
Patients with persistent neurogenic claudication who do not respond to conservative treatment for over 3 months;
Lumbr spinal stenosis with one or two-level pathology with or without degenerative spondylolisthesis≤1 degree
Absence of significant instability
Able to provide informed consent and willing to participate and to comply with our proposed follow-up protocol

排除标准：

≥ II腰椎滑脱
节段不稳（判断标准为动力位滑移超过3mm，角度变化超过15°）
本次手术节段曾行腰椎手术病史
严重脊柱侧凸，角度超过20°
合并其他脊柱疾患，如强直性脊柱炎、脊柱肿瘤、脊柱骨折、合并神经损害
患者合并心理疾患

Exclusion criteria：

Spondylolisthesis (Meyer grade ≥ II)
Segmental instability (anterior translation [>3 mm] and/or increasing segmental sagittal motion [>15°] ) on plain standing radiographs
A history of lumbar spinal surgery at the same level
Advanced degenerative lumbar scoliosis (Cobb angle > 20°)
Other spinal diseases (e.g., ankylosing spondylitis, spine tumor, fracture, or neurologic disorders)
Psychological disorders (e.g., dementia, intellectual disability, or drug abuse)
