Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To analyze the correlation between EXT1/EXT2 antigen expression in renal tissue and renal function progression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肾活检确诊为膜性肾病患者；
2.年龄≥14岁；
3.活检肾小球≥8个；
4.预期生存时间在1年以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with membranous nephropathy diagnosed by renal biopsy;
2. Aged >= 14 years;
3. Biopsy of >=8 glomeruli;
4. The expected survival time is more than 1 year.

排除标准：

1.基线eGFR＜30ml/min/1.73m2患者；
2.随访时间小于12个月；
3.其他临床医生认为不适合参加本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with baseline eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m2;
2. The follow-up time is less than 12 months;
3. Other conditions deemed inappropriate by other clinicians to participate in this study.
