采取随机对照研究，探讨先天性白内障手术的围手术期的数个诊疗问题，为先天性白内障的临床诊疗提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled study was conducted to study several perioperative diagnosis and treatment problems of congenital cataract surgery, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of congenital cataract.

纳入标准：

先天性白内障患儿，年龄大于4个月，体重大于8kg，知情同意书已签字

Inclusion criteria

Children with congenital cataract, aged more than 4 months and weighing more than 8kg, have signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

先天性白内障患儿伴玻璃体和视网膜疾病，先天性白内障患儿伴角膜疾病、年龄不足4个月，体重不足8kg，知情同意书未签字

Exclusion criteria：

Children with congenital cataract with vitreous and retinal diseases, children with congenital cataract with corneal diseases, age less than 4 months, weight less than 8kg, and informed consent was not signed
