确定无托槽隐形矫治用于骨性Ⅲ类手术患者术前正畸的效果  

Objectives of Study：

to determine the efficiency of invisible aligners in pre-surgery treatment of patients with skeletal Class III malocclusion

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

骨性Ⅲ类错合畸形，且拟行正畸正颌联合治疗，术前正畸上颌减数第一前磨牙强支抗内收、下颌不减数者
年龄18-35岁，男女不限；安氏Ⅲ类，前牙反合；ANB<0°，U1/SN>110°，L1/MP<90°；上颌轻度拥挤，下颌轻中度拥挤。

Inclusion criteria

The patients with skeletal Class III malocclusion, who planned to receive orthodontic and orthognathic treatment; The treatment plan includes: upper first premolar extraction with maximum anchorage and no extraction in mandible; Age: 18-35 years old, male or female; Angle Class III, anterior crossbite; ANB < 0 °, U1 / SN > 110 °, L1 / MP < 90 °; mild crowding in maxilla and mild to moderate crowding in mandible.

排除标准：

孕妇或哺乳期妇女；中、重度牙周炎或未控制的牙周炎患者；患有肿瘤及全身性严重疾病；患有腭裂或其它颌面部异常；不同意参加本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women or lactating women; patients with moderate or severe periodontitis or uncontrolled periodontitis; patients with tumor and systemic serious diseases; patients with cleft palate or other maxillofacial abnormalities; those who do not agree to participate in this study
