研究目的：

脑膜瘤患者术前占位效应以及术中操作都会产生不同程度的脑组织水肿。乌司他丁有抗炎和减轻缺氧性和脑创伤性脑水肿作用，但其是否能直接缓解脑膜瘤患者术后瘤周水肿尚不可知。因此我们借助功能磁共振成像来量化瘤周水肿治疗前后的变化以及脑功能网络的变化，探究乌司他丁能否缓解脑膜瘤患者术后瘤周水肿及其所导致的脑功能下降，为围术期瘤周水肿干预治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Patients with meningioma will be of different degrees of postoperative peritumoral brain edema because of preoperative mass effect and intraoperative operation. Ulinastatin has effects of anti-inflammatory and reducing hypoxic and traumatic brain edema, but whether it can directly relieve postoperative peritumoral edema in patients with meningioma is unknown. We plan to use functional magnetic resonance imaging to quantify the changes of peritumoral brain edema as well as that of brain functional network (if possible),to explore whether ulinastatin can relieve peritumoral brain edema and the decline of brain function (if possible) in patients after meningioma surgery,providing evidences for the interventions and treatments of peritumoral brain edema during perioperative period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在18～64岁 ②ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ；③18kg/㎡≤BMI≤30kg/㎡；④良性脑膜瘤，首次进行颅内肿瘤切除术患者；⑤右利手。

Inclusion criteria

① Aged 18-64 years old; ②ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I or II grade;③BMI 18-30kg/m2;④ Patients with benign meningioma and will ;④patients will undergo meningioa resection for the first time;⑤Right-handed.

排除标准：

①既往有麻醉后苏醒延迟或认知障碍病史；②肿瘤导致意识改变；③有麻醉禁忌症及药物过敏史；④多发脑膜瘤或肿瘤侵犯多个脑叶；⑤恶性脑膜瘤；⑥术前颅内高压需治疗或者术前使用糖皮质激素或脱水剂进行治疗；⑦心肝肺肾功能不全；⑧具有核磁共振扫描禁忌症；⑨孕产妇或哺乳期女性；⑩非右利手或拒绝参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① history of pre-existed delayed anesthesia recovery or cognitive impairment;② conciousness altering caused by tumor before surgery;③history of anesthetic contraindications or allergyic reactions;④ multiple meningiomas or meningiomas invading multiple brain lobes; ⑤Evaluated as malignant brain tumor;⑥intracranial hypertension or having preoperative treatment of edema;⑦ hepatic and renal dysfunction;⑧contraindications for MRI;⑨ pregnant and lactant women;⑩not right-handed or refusing to participate in the investigation.
