研究目的：

在系统回顾国内外2型糖尿病自我管理与心理控制源相关研究的基础上，对2型糖尿病患者自我管理、心理控制源及二者的相关性进行横断面调查，了解国内2型糖尿病患者自我管理和心理控制倾向的现状。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of systematically reviewing the research on self-management and locus of control of type 2 diabetes at home and abroad, a cross-sectional survey was conducted on the self-management, locus of control and their correlation to understand the self-management and the current state of locus of control in patients with type 2 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合WHO（1999年）2型糖尿病的诊断和分类标准；
（2）年龄≥18周岁；
（3）确诊时间≥3个月；
（4）意识清楚；
（5）知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Comply with WHO (1999) diagnosis and classification criteria for type 2 diabetes;
(2) Aged >= 18 years;
(3) Diagnosis time >= 3 months;
(4) Clear consciousness;
(5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）严重心、脑、肾等器官功能衰竭，或合并其他恶性肿瘤者。
（2）严重并发症或合并症；
（3）精神疾病或认知障碍；
（4）听力障碍，严重视网膜病变。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe heart, brain, kidney and other organ failure, or combined with other malignant neoplasms;
(2) Serious complications or comorbidities;
(3) Mental illness or cognitive impairment;
(4) Hearing impairment, severe retinopathy.
