研究目的：

1.本研究探讨将手机应用程序与疾病延续护理结合，通过手机微信小程序系统构建慢性下肢严重缺血患者介入术后的运动管理方案。 2.通过随机对照研究，探讨中医养生功坐式八段锦对于外周动脉疾病的终末期血管重建手术后改善肢体血运情况，发挥中医特色延续性护理优势，改善慢性疾病管理质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a post-interventional exercise management plan for patients with chronic lower extremity severe ischemia by combining a mobile application with continuation care of the disease. 2. To explore the improvement of limb blood supply after revascularization surgery for end-stage peripheral arterial disease in traditional Chinese medicine health-preserving exercise sitting Baduanjin by a randomized controlled study. To improve the quality of chronic disease management based on traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of continuous nursing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性肢体严重缺血诊断标准。 2.创面面积 5-10cm2，不超过全足面积 20%。 3.年龄 18~75 岁男女患者。4.志愿受试并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet chronic limb‐threatening ischemiadiagnostic criteria 2.The wound area is 5-10cm2, not exceeding 20% of the full foot area.
3.Men and women are aged 18 to 75 years. 4.Volunteer subjects and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.静脉溃疡、纯创伤性伤口、急性肢体缺血（症状持续 2 周或以下）、栓塞性 疾病和下肢非动脉粥样硬化慢性血管状况 ( 如血管炎、 Buerger 病、放射 性动脉炎 )。 2.18 岁以下，75 岁以上。 3.创面面积超过全足面积 20%。 4.未能根据 Angiosome 理论开通靶病变血管。5.合并有心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病。6.听力、视力障碍、沟通交流障碍、精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with Venous ulcers, pure trauma wounds, acute limb ischemia (symptoms persisting for 2 weeks or less), embolic disease, and non-atherosclerotic chronic vascular conditions of the lower extremities (eg, vasculitis, Buerger disease, radiation arteritis).
2. Patients under the age of 18 and over the age of 75.
3. The wound area exceeds 20% of the full foot area.
4. Patients who failed to open the target lesion vessel according to the Angiosome theory.
5. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system.
6. Patients with hearing, visual impairment, communication impairment and mental illness.
