本研究拟探讨双相障碍患者月经周期对丙戊酸血药浓度的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the variation of Valproate level with menstrual cycle phase in bipolar disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-40岁，女性，符合双相情感障碍的诊断标准（美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第五版，DSM-V），处于急性发作期，肝肾功能正常，入院后予以丙戊酸盐治疗一月以上，入组时病情稳定，入组期间丙戊酸盐口服剂量维持不变。

Inclusion criteria

Eligible participants in the study were bipolar disorder with age ranging from 18 to 40 years. All participants were inpatients, in the active phase of illness, and met DSM-IV criteria for bipolar disorder, had normal hepatic and renal panels, was stable when he was enrolled, the oral dose of valproate did not change within the last ten days before enrollment.The oral dose of valproate remained unchanged during the enrollment.
