研究目的：

（1）验证耳穴压豆联合情志疗法可提高乳腺癌失眠症患者睡眠质量指数，改善其中医证候症状。 （2）明确乳腺癌患者失眠症的发生与胰岛素抵抗、雌孕激素浓度变化呈正相关、与甲状腺激素浓度变化呈负相关。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Verify that auricular acupoint pressure beans combined with emotional therapy can improve the sleep quality index of patients with breast cancer insomnia and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. (2) It was clear that the occurrence of insomnia in breast cancer patients was positively correlated with insulin resistance, estrogen and progesterone concentration changes, and negatively correlated with thyroid hormone concentration changes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；（2）符合乳腺癌病理学诊断标准，PSQI总分≥7分且诊断为心脾两虚心型失眠证；（3）病情稳定，能正常交流者；（4）知情同意，自愿参与本研究者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥18 years old; (2) In line with the pathological diagnostic criteria of breast cancer, PSQI total score ≥7 and diagnosed as heart-spleen insomnia syndrome with modesty; (3) Patients with stable condition and able to communicate normally; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the researcher

排除标准：

（1）睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者；（2）语言沟通障碍者；（3）耳部皮肤疾病者；（4）正在服用安眠药物或镇静药物者；（5）正在接受其他心理治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with sleep apnea syndrome; (2) language communication disorders; (3) ear skin diseases; (4) taking sleeping drugs or sedative drugs; (5) Patients undergoing other psychological treatment.
