研究目的：

本研究拟选择行择期非心脏手术的老年衰弱患者作为试验对象，用以探究术中不同血压调控水平对术后恢复质量的影响，为科学地认识老年患者中衰弱的发生情况和优化麻醉中血压管理改善其术后恢复质量提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to select elderly frailty patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery as experimental subjects to explore the influence of different intraoperative blood pressure regulation levels on postoperative recovery quality, so as to provide a basis for scientifically understanding the occurrence of frailty in elderly patients and optimizing blood pressure management during anesthesia to improve their postoperative recovery quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥65岁，性别不限；
2）拟行择期关节置换手术（手术时长≤2h）；
3）ASA分级II或III级；
4）FRAIL量表评分≥3分；
5）意识清醒，无严重的认知功能障碍及其他精神疾病；
6）病情稳定，能配合完成研究；
7）清楚了解、自愿参加该项研究，并由本人签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1)Aged ＞＝65 years old;
2)Perform elective joint replacement surgery;
3)The ASA Grade II or III;
4)FRAIL Scale score ≥3;
5) Without serious cognitive dysfunction or other mental diseases;
6) The condition is stable and can cooperate to complete the study;
7) Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent;

排除标准：

1)不愿意签署知情同意书者；
2）急危重症患者（包括急性心力衰竭、急性脑卒中、急性心肌梗死、重症感染等）；
3）经药物治疗血压未获满意控制的高血压患者（收缩压≥160mmHg或舒张压≥105mmHg）
4)完全失能不能配合完成研究的患者；
5）计划入住ICU；
6）研究者认为不宜参加此试验的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1)Unwilling to sign informed consent;
2) Critically ill patients (including acute heart failure, acute stroke, acute myocardial infarction, severe infection, etc.);
3) Hypertensive patients whose blood pressure is not satisfactorily controlled by drug therapy (systolic blood pressure ≥160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥105mmHg)
4) Patients who are completely unable to cooperate to complete the study;
5) Plan to stay in ICU after surgery;
6) Other circumstances that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in the study;
