本研究对酒精依赖组及非酒精依赖组影像学表现以及血清NfL、TNF-α、IL-1β因子水平进行比较，从而探讨酒精依赖患者脑白质改变以及血清中NfL、炎症因子的改变，同时分别对两组进行神经认知功能评分，以研究酒精依赖患者认知功能与脑白质改变以及血清中NfL、TNF-α、IL-1β因子水平之间的关联，探讨酒精依赖患者脑WML 严重程度、血清神经丝轻链蛋白联合炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β表达水平与患者认知功能的关系及NfL、TNF-α、IL-1β辅助诊断酒精性认知功能变化的价值，为酒精依赖患者的诊断、治疗及预防提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we compared the imaging manifestations and serum levels of NfL, TNF-α and IL-1β factors in the alcohol-dependent and non-alcohol-dependent groups to investigate the changes in brain white matter and serum levels of NfL and inflammatory factors in alcohol-dependent patients, and also scored the neurocognitive function of the two groups separately to investigate the association between cognitive function and brain white matter changes and serum levels of NfL, TNF-α and IL-1β factors in alcohol-dependent patients. -α, IL-1β, to investigate the relationship between the severity of cerebral WML, the expression levels of serum neurofilament light chain protein combined with inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-1β and the cognitive function of patients with alcohol dependence and the value of NfL, TNF-α and IL-1β in aiding the diagnosis of alcoholic cognitive function changes, so as to provide assistance for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of alcohol dependence patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

酒精依赖组纳入标准：
(I)符合International Classification of diseases-10（ICD-10）的酒精依赖诊断标准；
(Ⅱ)年龄≥18周岁；
(Ⅲ)MAST评分≥5。
非酒精依赖组纳入标准：
(I)不符合ICD-10的酒精依赖诊断标准；
(Ⅱ)年龄≥18周岁；
(Ⅲ)MAST＜5（第一条必须是“是”）。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the alcohol dependence group:
(I) meeting the International Classification of diseases-10 (ICD-10) diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence; (II) age ≥ 18 years;
(III) Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test(MAST) ≥ 5.
Inclusion criteria for the non-alcohol dependence group:
(I) did not meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence;
(II) age ≥ 18 years;
(III) MAST < 5 (the first item must be "yes").

排除标准：

(I)伴有震颤谵妄及精神症状而无法配合认知功能检查的酒戒断患者；
(Ⅱ)目前或既往有其他精神活性物质使用障碍（吸烟除外）；
(Ⅲ)可能影响认知功能的疾病(如严重的帕金森病、阿尔兹海默症、脑卒中、癫痫、脑外伤等)；
(Ⅳ)自身免疫疾病；
(Ⅴ)近期有感染史；(
Ⅵ)严重的心、肺、肝、肾疾病及肿瘤；
(Ⅶ)受试者和/或家属不同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

(I) alcohol withdrawal patients with delirium tremens and psychotic symptoms who are unable to cooperate with cognitive function tests;
(II) current or previous other psychoactive substance use disorders (except smoking);
(III) diseases that may affect cognitive function (e.g. severe Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, stroke, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, etc.);
(IV) autoimmune diseases;
(V) recent infections history;
(VI) severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and tumours;
(VII) subjects and/or family members who do not consent.
