研究目的：

该项研究旨在通过对比任意腺体组织瓣肿瘤整形保乳手术与传统保乳手术对于乳腺癌患者的影响，评估安全性以及术后美学效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the safety and postoperative aesthetic effects of breast cancer patients by comparing the effects of breast-conserving surgery using random glandular tissue flap oncoplastic technique and traditional breast-conserving surgery on breast cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）成年女性，术前病理确诊为乳腺癌或术中冰冻病理确诊 为乳腺癌，且无其他恶性肿瘤病史；（2）根据美国癌症联合会（AJCC）临床分期为Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的早期乳腺癌患者，或经术前新辅助化疗后满足保乳条件的患者；（3）术后能够接受规范的后续治疗，且不中途放弃的患者，如术后的辅助放化疗及内分泌治疗等；（4）患者本人有保乳意愿；（5）有随访条件，且接受术后随访者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Adult women who were diagnosed as breast cancer by pathology before operation or as breast cancer by frozen pathology during operation, and had no history of other malignant tumors; (2) According to the American Cancer Council (AJCC) clinical staging as early stage I and II Breast cancer patients, or patients who meet the breast-conserving conditions after preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy; (3) Patients who can receive standardized follow-up treatment after surgery and do not give up in the middle, such as postoperative adjuvant chemoradiation and endocrine therapy; (4) The patient himself has a desire to conserve breast milk; (5) Those who have follow-up conditions and receive post-operative follow-up.

排除标准：

（1）对于原计划施行保乳手术的患者，若术中送检切缘阳性，对阳性切缘进行再次扩切后，送检切缘仍旧为阳性；（2）第二次送检切缘为阴性，但剩余组织量已经达不到美容效果要求；（3）临床判断不适合保乳手术的其他情形。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) For patients who originally planned to undergo breast-conserving surgery, if the margins are positive during the operation, the positive margins will still be positive after re-enlargement of the positive margins; (2) The margins will still be positive for the second time. It is negative, but the amount of remaining tissue has not reached the requirements of cosmetic effect; (3) Clinical judgment is not suitable for other situations of breast-conserving surgery.
