研究目的：

观察隔药灸脐疗法对肾阳虚型薄型子宫内膜患者冻胚移植（Frozen embryo transfer, FET）的临床结局影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical outcome of the Frozen embryo transfer (FET) in patients with kidney-yang deficiency thin endometrium by moxibustion umbilical therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合不孕症、薄型子宫内膜的诊断标准及中医肾阳虚辨证标准；
2.20 ≤年龄≤42周岁；
3.受试前3个月未使用过任何甾体激素类药物；
4.拮抗剂促排卵方案取卵，现余优质冷冻胚胎1～2枚；
5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of infertility and thin endometrium and the syndrome differentiation criteria of kidney Yang deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine;
2. Aged 20 -42 years;
3. The subjects had not used any steroid hormone drugs in the previous 3 months;
4. There were 1-2 high-quality frozen embryos left in the antagonist ovulation-stimulating scheme;
5. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.哺乳期及妊娠期女性；
2.患有多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症、高催乳素血症、子宫肌瘤等妇科疾病；
3.既往卵巢肿瘤病史或卵巢手术史；
4.合并有心脑血管疾病、肝肾功严重异常及造血系统等有严重疾病的患者，精神病患者；
5.既往放、化疗史；
6.对脐疗药粉过敏者；
7.脐周有病变，不宜艾灸者；
8.正在参加其他临床试验者；
9.不能按规定接受隔药灸脐治疗，无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效及安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lactating and pregnant patients;
2. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, hyperprolactitinemia, uterine fibroids and other gynecological diseases;
3. Previous history of ovarian tumor or ovarian surgery;
4. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe abnormalities of liver and kidney function, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases, mental patients;
5. Previous history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
6. Patients who are allergic to umbilical therapy powder;
7. There are lesions around the umbilicus, which should not be moxibustion;
8. Participating in other clinical trials;
9. Patients who cannot receive moxibustion umbilical cord treatment with drug isolation according to regulations, cannot judge the efficacy or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy and safety judgment.
