研究目的：

观察散风通窍滴丸在广泛人群中使用用于治疗急性鼻炎（外感风寒，郁肺化热证）的有效性，评估散风通窍滴丸临床应用的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effectiveness of Sanfeng Tongqiao dropping pills in the treatment of acute rhinitis (symptoms of external wind chill and lung depression heat) in a wide range of people, and to evaluate the safety of Sanfeng Tongqiao dropping pills in clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合急性鼻炎西医诊断标准；
2.符合中医外感风寒，郁肺化热证辨证标准；
3.年龄在18周岁及以上，性别不限；
4.急性起病，病程在48小时之内；
5.自愿参加，书面签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for acute rhinitis;
2. In line with the syndrome differentiation standard of TCM external wind and cold syndrome and heat syndrome of lung depression;
3. Aged >18 years, regardless of gender;
4. Acute onset, duration within 48 hours;
5. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent in person.

排除标准：

1.本次发病后已使用治疗急性鼻炎的中西药物者；
2.患有流行性感冒、麻疹、猩红热、百日咳、水痘、白喉等传染性疾病者；
3.伴发变应性鼻炎、血管运动型鼻炎、萎缩性鼻炎、鼻窦炎、鼻腔肿瘤、鼻中隔严重偏曲等疾病者；
4.既往鼻部手术、放疗等原因所致鼻腔黏膜功能障碍者；
5.合并咽喉或下呼吸道感染性疾病，需合并使用抗生素或其他与试验药物有类似作用的药物者；
6.具有严重的心、肺、肝、肾、血液系统疾病，或影响其生存的严重疾病，如恶性肿瘤等；
7.体温（腋温）≥37.3℃者；
8.肝肾功能检查异常者（ALT、AST≥正常值上限1.5倍，Cr＞正常值上限）；
9.白细胞计数＞正常值上限1.2倍，中性粒细胞计数＞正常值上限，且由研究者判断为细菌感染的急性鼻炎；
10.合并有神经、精神疾患而无法合作或不愿合作者；
11.怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用史者；
12.妊娠、哺乳期妇女或近期有生育计划者；
13.已知或怀疑对本试验药物或其成分过敏，或过敏体质；
14.近3个月内参加过或正在参加其它临床试验；
15.研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have taken Chinese and Western medicines to treat acute rhinitis after the onset of the disease;
2. Patients suffering from infectious diseases such as influenza, measles, scarlet fever, whooping cough, chickenpox and diphtheria;
3. Patients with allergic rhinitis, vascular active rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal tumor, and severe deviation of nasal septum;
4. Patients with nasal mucosa dysfunction due to previous nasal surgery, radiotherapy and other reasons;
5. Patients with infectious diseases of the throat or lower respiratory tract requiring the combined use of antibiotics or other drugs with similar effects to the test drugs;
6. Have serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney or blood system, or serious diseases affecting their survival, such as malignant tumors;
7. Body temperature (axillary temperature) >=37.3℃;
8. Abnormal liver and kidney function examination (ALT and AST>= 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value, Cr > the upper limit of normal value);
9. Leukocyte count > 1.2 times the upper limit of normal, neutrophil count > the upper limit of normal, and the investigators judged that bacterial infection of acute rhinitis;
10. Unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate because of neurological or mental illness;
11. Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse;
12. Pregnant or lactating patients or those who have recently planned to give birth;
13. Known or suspected allergy to the test drug or its components, or allergic disposition;
14. Participated in or is participating in other clinical trials within the last 3 months;
15. Patients considered unsuitable for this clinical trial by the investigator.
