探讨瑞马唑仑在纤之镜检查中的安全剂量以及对患者的术后认知功能影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safe dose of remazolam in fiberoptic examination and its effect on postoperative cognitive function

纳入标准：

选取南方医科大学第五附属医院2022年9月-2024年8月进行纤支镜检查的120例患者，ASA分级为Ⅰ级-Ⅱ级，年龄18-70岁，所有患者都是自愿参与本研究，所有纳入者均签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

A total of 120 patients, ASA grade ⅰ-ⅱ, aged 18-70 years old, who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from September 2022 to August 2024 were selected. All patients voluntarily participated in this study, and all participants signed informed consent

排除标准：

（1）合并有严重的心律失常；（2）存在重要器官功能不全；（3）存在神经系统疾病；（4）存在药物过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with severe arrhythmia; There is vital organ insufficiency; The presence of neurological diseases; A history of drug allergy.

盲法：

将不同剂量的瑞马唑仑和丙泊酚外包装标记为A、B、C、D，使其相互之间不能区别，但可区别于其它的药物，将每个受试者的所有药物分装入一个药袋，在药袋外编号（1.2，3，4……）

Blinding：

Different doses of rematazolam and propofol were labeled as A, B, C, and D on the outer packaging, so that they could not be distinguished from each other, but could be distinguished from other drugs. All drugs of each subject were separately packed into a medicine bag and numbered outside the bag (1.2, 3,4...). .

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报考表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多次备份保存于不同磁盘，妥善保存，防止损坏。
