研究目的：

1.结合实际构建具有适老性、趣味性、团体性及心理治疗性的基于团体游戏疗法的老年糖尿病患者健康教育干预方案。 2.探讨基于团体游戏疗法的健康教育干预对老年糖尿病患者的自我管理行为、血糖水平、生活质量及抑郁状态等方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a health education intervention plan for elderly diabetic patients based on group play therapy which is suitable for aging, interesting, group and psychotherapeutic based on the actual situation. 2. To explore the effect of health education intervention based on group play therapy on self-management behavior, blood sugar level, quality of life and depression state of elderly patients with diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：大于等于60周岁，包括60岁以前和60岁以后诊断糖尿病的老年人；
2.符合 WHO（1999 年）提出的糖尿病诊断标准，明确诊断为2型糖尿病，并纳入社区慢性病管理系统的患者；
3.生活能够自理，可以参加健康教育讲座；
4.能正常进行言语沟通，对教育内容有一定理解能力；
5.病情稳定，且未合并严重的冠心病、高血压、肝肾功能不全、肺功能不良以及骨关节疾病；
6.自愿参加本研究，预计一年内不会因出国、休假等原因中断参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 60 years, including the elderly diagnosed with diabetes before and after the age of 60;
2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes proposed by WHO (1999), are clearly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and are included in the community chronic disease management system;
3. Able to take care of themselves in life and participate in health education lectures;
4. Able to communicate verbally and have a certain ability to understand the content of education;
5. Stable condition without severe coronary heart disease, hypertension, liver and kidney insufficiency, poor lung function and bone and joint disease;
6. Voluntarily participate in this research, and it is expected that the participation in this research will not be interrupted within one year due to reasons such as going abroad or vacation.

排除标准：

1.伴有糖尿病严重并发症的患者，如糖尿病足或肢体残疾；
2.伴有严重心、脑、肾、肝及呼吸系统疾病或骨关节疾病，预期寿命不足两年；
3.同时参与其他研究项目的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious complications of diabetes, such as diabetic foot or physical disability;
2. Accompanied by severe heart, brain, kidney, liver and respiratory system diseases or bone and joint diseases, with a life expectancy of less than two years;
3. Patients who participate in other research projects at the same time.
