研究目的：

建立前瞻性队列研究，观察中医“祛湿法”是否能够降低湿疹患者远期复发风险，分析湿证相关因素对湿疹患者预后的影响，并探索构建具有中医特色的湿疹复发早期预警模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the establishment of prospective cohort studies, it is observed whether the "damp removal method" of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the risk of long-term recurrence in eczema patients, analyze the influence of wet evidence-related factors on the prognosis of eczema patients, and explore the construction of an early warning model of eczema recurrence with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合湿疹的诊断标准；
2.IGA评分≥2分；
3.年龄18岁以上，性别不限；
4.心、肝、肺、肾等重要器官功能基本正常者；
5.自愿参加本研究项目，依从性好，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for eczema;
2. IGA score ≥ 2 points;
3. Age over 18 years old, gender is not limited;
4. The function of important organs such as the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys is basically normal;
5. Voluntarily participate in this research project, have good compliance, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并银屑病、脂溢性皮炎等影响皮损判断的其他皮肤病；
2.合并心脑血管、肝、肾等重要器官原发性疾病、免疫缺陷、自身免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病、恶性肿瘤和精神疾病者；
3.妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other skin diseases that affect the judgment of skin lesions such as psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis;
2. Those who have primary diseases, immunodeficiency, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, malignant tumors and mental diseases of important organs such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidneys;
3. Pregnant, preparing to become pregnant or breastfeeding women.
