研究目的：

探讨心理行为干预对脑卒中后阈下抑郁患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of psychobehavioral intervention on subthreshold depression after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合 1995 年全国第四届脑血管病会议通过的脑卒中诊断标准， 经颅脑 CT 或 MRI 确诊为脑卒中；
2.阈下抑郁诊断标准：流调用抑郁量表 ≥ 16 分，7 分≤汉密顿抑郁量 表17项版 总分＜ 17 分，符合《美国精神障碍诊断统计手册》第５版（DSM-V) 的公认阈下抑郁诊断标准，即具有抑郁症状表现，但尚未达到抑郁症的诊断标准；
3.年龄≥ 18 岁；
4.病程≤ 3 个月；
5.自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke adopted at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995, the patient was diagnosed with stroke by craniocerebral CT or MRI;
2. Subthreshold depression diagnostic criteria: the total score of the 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale was < 17 points, which met the accepted subthreshold depression diagnostic criteria of the fifth edition of the American Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V), that is, with depressive symptoms, but not up to the diagnostic criteria for depression;
3. Aged >= 18 years;
4. Course of disease <= 3 months;
5. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有严重的心、肝、肾等重大躯体疾病及精神病史者；
2.有意识 障碍、失语、严重认知功能障碍；
3.正在服用抗抑郁药物治疗或正在参加改善抑 郁的临床干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of serious physical diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and mental illness;
2. Consciousness disorder, aphasia, severe cognitive dysfunction;
3. Patients who are taking antidepressants or participating in clinical interventions to improve depression.
