Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of Psychobehavioral intervention in Stroke Patients with Subthreshold Depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合 1995 年全国第四届脑血管病会议通过的脑卒中诊断标准， 经颅脑 CT 或 MRI 确诊为脑卒中；②阈下抑郁诊断标准：流调用抑郁量表 ≥ 16 分，7 分≤汉密顿抑郁量 表17项版 总分＜ 17 分，符合《美国精神障碍诊断统计手册》第５版（DSM-V) 的公认阈下抑郁诊断标准，即具有抑郁症状表现，但尚未达到抑郁症的诊断标准； ③年龄≥ 18 岁；④病程≤ 3 个月；⑤自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of stroke approved by the fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995, stroke was diagnosed by brain CT or MRI; ② Diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression: CES-D ≥ 16 points, 7 ≤HAMD total score < 17 points, in line with the recognized diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression of the Fifth edition of the American Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V), that is, with depressive symptoms, but not yet reached the diagnostic criteria for depression; ③ Age ≥ 18 years; ④ Course of disease ≤ 3 months; ⑤ Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有严重的心、肝、肾等重大躯体疾病及精神病史者；②有意识 障碍、失语、严重认知功能障碍；③正在服用抗抑郁药物治疗或正在参加改善抑 郁的临床干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with serious physical diseases such as heart, liver and kidney, and a history of mental illness; ② Conscious disorder, aphasia, severe cognitive dysfunction; ③ Those who are taking antidepressant medication or participating in clinical intervention to improve depression.
