研究目的：

探讨由护士主导、家庭成员参与的下肢阻力训练配合主动循环呼吸技术对稳定期COPD患者肺功能、运动能力、下肢肌力、呼吸困难症状、生活质量的影响。从而为稳定期COPD患者提供一种有效的居家康复锻炼方法  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of lower extremity resistance training led by nurses and family members participating in active circulatory breathing technique on pulmonary function, exercise capacity, lower extremity muscle strength, dyspnea symptoms, and quality of life in patients with stable COPD. So as to provide an effective home rehabilitation exercise method for stable COPD patients

纳入标准：

1.符合慢阻肺稳定期诊断标准，且年龄为40-80岁
2.意识清楚
3.有正常的沟通能力
4.有独立运动能力
5.过去6个月内未参加其他规律运动
6.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stable COPD, and the age is 40-80 years old
2. Have a clear awareness
3. Have normal communication skills
4. Have the ability to exercise independently
5. No other regular exercise in the past 6 months
6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1.合并精神疾病
2.合并心功能障碍、不稳定型心绞痛或心律失常、活动期肺结核、恶性肿瘤等疾病
3.合并下肢骨折或影响下肢运动的神经系统疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined mental illness
2. Complicated with cardiac dysfunction, unstable angina or arrhythmia, active pulmonary tuberculosis, malignant tumor and other diseases
3. Complicated with lower extremity fractures or neurological diseases affecting lower extremity movement
