研究目的:

本研究的主要目的是阐述不同妊娠时长绒毛膜羊膜炎孕妇羊水、脐带血、胎盘与其新生儿胎粪中与生产并发症相关的特征分子,这些并发症包括绒毛膜羊膜炎、不成熟胎膜早破(PPROM)以及新生儿早/晚发性败血症(EOS/LOS)、支气管肺发育不良、动脉导管未闭和喂养不耐受(feeding intolerance)。  

Objectives of Study:

The main objective of the study is to identify biomarkers in amniotic fluid, placenta, cord blood, meconium, faeces and blood associated with chorioamnionitis (CA) and PPROM at different gestational age at birth, and associated neonatal adverse outcomes, including sepsis (EOS and LOS), bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), patent deduct arteriosus (PDA)and feeding intolerance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

本研究为一项病例对照研究,不涉及药物和任何治疗方案。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

This study is a case-control study that do not involve drugs or any treatment. 

纳入标准:

1. 产妇经参与医院妇产科接收入院,其婴儿出生于参与医院妇产科。
2. 新生儿收治于参与医院新生儿科。
3. 妊娠时长小于37周。
4. 至少双亲中一方签署同意收集样品的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The mother is admitted and her infant is born at the participating departments of Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
2. The newborn infant is admitted at the participating neonatal department.
3. Gestational age at delivery < 37 weeks.
4. Parenteral consent is signed by at least a parent agreeing that amniotic fluid, cord blood, placenta, meconium, neonatal blood and faeces will be collected.

排除标准:

1. 先天性畸形或先天缺陷;
2. 新生儿在出生后24小时内死亡。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Major congenital abnormalities or birth defects;
2. Life expectancy < 24 hours.
