研究目的：

通过随机对照试验研究探讨尊严疗法在CRC造口患者中的适用性,及对CRC造口患者的尊严、希望水平和生活质量的应用效果，确定其临床实践价值，为医护人员关注肠造口患者尊严护理提供新路径及实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled trial was conducted to explore the applicability of dignity therapy in colorectal cancer patients with colostomy, and its application effect on dignity, hope level and quality of life of colorectal cancer patients, to determine its clinical practice value, and to provide a new path and practical basis for medical staff to pay attention to the dignity care of patients with enterostomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首诊为结直肠癌并行造口术后的患者；
（2）知晓自己的疾病诊断、病情及治疗；
（3）年龄≥18 周岁；
（4）患者有正常的认知、理解及语言表达能力。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who were first diagnosed with colorectal cancer and underwent colostomy;
(2) To know their own disease diagnosis, condition and treatment;
(3) Be at least 18 years old;
(4) The patient has normal cognitive, understanding and language expression abilities.

排除标准：

（1）患者有精神疾病或认知障碍；
（2）患者正在服用抗焦虑或抗抑郁药物；
（3）伴有严重的重要脏器疾病者；
（4）患者在近 3个月内接受过常规护理之外的心理咨询或治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient has mental illness or cognitive impairment;
(2) The patient is taking anti-anxiety or antidepressant drugs;
(3) patients with serious diseases of important organs;
(4) The patient has received psychological counseling or treatment in addition to routine care in the last 3 months.

本研究采用便利抽样法，便利选取就诊于云南省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院结直肠外科的结直肠癌造口患者作为研究对象，采用随机分组法进行分组。研究者对符合入选标准并最终进入干预的研究对象进行编号。由非课题组成员运用运用SPSS25.0产生1套随机数字序列，该随机数字序列包含70个不重复的数字，范围为1-70，然后由该人员将这70个随机数字分别转入对应编号的不透明的、密闭的信封中，并做好保管工作。当研究者确定好研究对象之后，再电话询问随机数字信封保管员分组情况。随机数字信封保管员按顺序启用信封进行分组，当信封内的数字为奇数，则该研究对象被分到干预组，当信封内的数字为偶数，则该研究对象被分到对照组。
