Objectives of Study：

To explore the significance of serum ADAMs in patients with diabetic and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

纳入标准：

符合诊断标准的初诊2型糖尿病人、非酒精性脂肪肝病人。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

排除标准：

酮症酸中毒、有症状的心力衰竭、近10年的恶性疾病、肝硬化、高血压、药物性脂肪肝、肝肾衰竭或其他已知的主要疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with ketoacidosis, symptomatic heart failure, malignant disease in the previous 10 years, liver cirrhosis, hypertension, drug fatty liver disease,hepatic and renal failure, or other known major diseases.
