研究目的：

调查海口市妇女对围产期群组式护理的服务需求,了解海口市妇女围产期不同时期的重点关注主题。构建、实施围产期连续性群组式护理服务流程,评价围产期连续性群组式护理服务的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the service needs of Haikou women for perinatal group care, and to understand the key themes of Haikou women's perinatal care in different periods. To construct and implement the continuous group nursing service process in the perinatal period, and evaluate the clinical effect of the continuous group nursing service in the perinatal period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.单胎头位妊娠且胎儿发育正常的健康初产妇；
2.孕周为30~32周，年龄在18~35岁；
3.具备顺产条件、有试产意愿且预计在我院生产者；
4.理解力良好，自愿加入本研究，愿意孕期使用手机微信，家属也自愿陪同参与CP小组讨论者。

Inclusion criteria

1.participants were healthy primiparas with singleton, cephalic presentation, normal fetal development, and suitable conditions for natural delivery.
2. aged 18-35 years; 30-32 weeks of gestation
3.participants were expected to give birth in our hospital
4.participants had good cognitive function, and were willing to participate in this study and to use WeChat through a mobile phone during pregnancy. Their family members also voluntarily accompanied them in CP group discussion

排除标准：

1.有剖宫产指征者；
2.存在精神和沟通障碍者；
3.有妊娠合并症和并发症或基础疾病的高危孕产妇；
4.使用缩宫素催产者；
5.有异常孕产史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.those with indications for cesarean section;
2.People with mental and communication barriers;
3.High risk pregnant women with pregnancy complications or basic diseases;
4.Those who use oxytocin to induce labor;
5.Have abnormal pregnancy and childbirth history.
