研究目的：

本研究选取既往报道的与IMN有关联的PLA2R的8个SNP位点（rs16844715、rs2715918、rs2715928、rs35771982、rs3749119、rs3828323、rs4665143、rs6757188）为候选基因位点，了解黑龙江地区特发性膜性肾病与PLA2R基因多态性的联系，探究区域特点与基因多态性的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, eight SNP loci (rs16844715, rs2715918, rs2715928, rs35771982, rs3749119, rs3828323, rs4665143, rs6757188) of PLA2R previously reported to be associated with IMN were selected as candidate loci to understand the association between idiopathic membranous nephropathy and PLA2R gene polymorphisms in Heilongjiang and to explore the correlation between regional characteristics and gene polymorphisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经肾活检穿刺术或PLA2R检测阳性患者确诊为IMN；
2.病理诊断与Ehrenreich-Churg膜性肾病的诊断标准一致。

Inclusion criteria

1. the diagnosis of IMN is confirmed in patients with positive renal biopsy puncture or PLA2R test.
2. pathological diagnosis consistent with the diagnostic criteria for Ehrenreich-Churg membranous nephropathy.

排除标准：

IMN组
1.继发性膜性肾病患者；
2.合并其他肾脏疾病患者；
3.应用激素或免疫抑制剂治疗患者；
4.合并严重感染；
5.脑、肺、心、肝系统有严重原发性疾病患者。
健康对照组
1.排除体检报告单结果异常；
2.排除既往患有高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等慢性病史；
3.排除妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

IMN group
1. patients with secondary membranous nephropathy.
2. patients with combined other renal diseases.
3. patients on hormonal or immunosuppressive therapy.
4. patients with severe co-infections.
5. Patients with severe primary disease of the brain, lung, heart and liver systems.
Healthy control group
1. exclude abnormal results of the physical examination report form.
2. exclude previous history of chronic diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus.
3. exclude women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

完成记录后的病例记录表应及时集中到文件管理人员处，文件管理人员在接收文件时应第一时间检查文件是否正确、完整和规范，如存在问题应及时处理，文件管理人员在确认文件的正确、完整和规范后，应将文件存放在正确的文件夹中，保存在安全的地方。再将临床数据录入到Resman中。

After completing the record, the case record form should be centralised to the documentation manager in a timely manner. The documentation manager should check the documents for correctness, completeness and standardisation in the first instance on receipt and deal with any problems in a timely manner. After confirming the correctness, completeness and standardisation of the documents, the documentation manager should store the documents in the correct folder in a safe place. The clinical data should then be entered into Resman.
