研究目的：

随机对照研究谷户钩粘小管切开术（TMH）联合白内障超声乳化吸除术治疗POAG和PACG的疗效及安全性，探讨合并白内障的原发性青光眼的治疗新手术。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy and safety of tanito microhook (TMH) combined with phacoemulsification for PACG and POAG, and to explore a new operation in the treatment of primary glaucoma complicated with cataract.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 合并白内障的POAG患者；
2. 合并白内障的PACG患者；
3. 最佳矫正视力≤0.5；
3. 无手术禁忌征；
5. 患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with PACG complicated with cataract;
2. Patients with POAG complicated with cataract;
3. Best-corrected visual acuities <=0.5;
4. No contraindications for operation;
5. Providing written informed consent for surgery.

排除标准：

1. 合并白内障的原发性青光眼患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with primary glaucoma complicated with cataract.
