研究目的：

验证重复周围磁刺激对构音障碍的临床有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the clinical efficacy and safety of repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation on dysarthria.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 病程大于1周；
2. 男女不限；
3. 18-80岁；
4. MOCA≥26；
5. 舌肌运动障碍等构音障碍表现；
6. 无局部金属、心脏起搏器等磁刺激禁忌症；
7. 自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The course of disease is more than 1 week;
2. Men and women are not limited;
3. 18-80 years old;
4. MOCA>=26;
5. Dysarthria such as dyskinesia of lingual muscle;
6. No contraindications to magnetic stimulation such as local metal and cardiac pacemaker;
7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 心功能不全、肝肾功能障碍、严重感染、血液系统疾病、癫痫等严重基础疾病；
2. 病情变化或不稳定；
3. 精神或情绪障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction, serious infection, blood system diseases, epilepsy and other serious basic diseases;
2. Change or instability of the disease;
3. Mental or emotional disorders.
