研究目的：

⑴调查重症监护室早产儿父亲的心理状况、应对方式、社会支持、压力水平和生活质量现状，并分析心理状况的影响因素。 ⑵评价表达性书写对NICU早产儿住院期间其父亲心理状况的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) investigate the psychological status, coping style, social support, stress level and quality of life of fathers of premature infants in intensive care unit, and analyze the influencing factors of psychological status. ⑵ to evaluate the intervention effect of expressive writing on the psychological status of the father of NICU premature infants during hospitalization.

纳入标准：

早产儿父亲纳入标准
知情同意且愿意配合者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for fathers of premature infants
Informed consent and willingness to cooperate.

排除标准：

早产儿父亲排除标准
① 近三个月内由医院确诊为焦虑、抑郁心理问题者；
② 无法正常交流表达者；
③ 其早产儿有遗传障碍综合征者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for premature fathers
① Those diagnosed with anxiety and depression psychological problems by the hospital in recent three months;
② Unable to communicate and express normally;
③ Those whose premature infants have genetic disorder syndrome.
