研究目的：

主要目的：基于3D打印技术，结合远红外材料，研发新型远红外能量康复机械枕。将远红外保健枕推广至颈型颈椎病人群使用并进行临床观察，在指定时间内随访，对其保健效果进行观察，验证推广效果。开发新型远红外能量康复机械枕。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Based on 3D printing technology, combined with far-infrared materials, develop a new type of far-infrared energy rehabilitation mechanical pillow. Promote the use of far-infrared health pillows to people with cervical spondylosis and conduct clinical observations, follow up within a specified time, observe their health care effects, and verify the promotion effects. Develop a new type of far-infrared energy rehabilitation mechanical pillow.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄不限，性别不限；
2.符合下述诊断标准者；
(1)颈项僵硬、疼痛，可有整个肩部疼痛发僵，不能做点头、仰头及转头活动，出现斜颈姿势，转头时躯干同时转动，亦可出现头晕症状；
(2)少数患者出现放射性肩臂手疼痛、麻胀，打喷嚏或咳嗽症状不加重；
(3)临床检查可见急性期颈椎活动绝对受限，颈椎旁肌、T1～T7椎旁肌、斜方肌、胸锁乳突肌有压痛，冈上肌、冈下肌 也可有压痛。如有继发前斜角肌痉挛可在胸锁乳突肌内侧，相当于C3～C6横突水平扪及痉挛肌肉，稍用力压迫即可出现肩臂手放射性疼痛。有反复落枕史；
(4)影像学检查可正常或仅有生理曲度改变，轻度椎间隙狭窄，少有骨赘形成。
3.能清晰的描述自身情况，能积极配合评分调查；
4.坚持接受治疗及检测。

Inclusion criteria

1. No age limit, no gender limit;
2. Those who meet the following diagnostic criteria;
(1) The neck is stiff and painful, the entire shoulder may be stiff and stiff, no nodding, head-up and head-turning activities can be performed, and a torticollis posture occurs.
(2) A small number of patients have radioactive shoulder, arm and hand pain, numbness, and the symptoms of sneezing or coughing are not aggravated;
(3) Clinical examination showed absolute limitation of cervical spine activity in acute stage, and tenderness of cervical paraspinal muscles, T1-T7 paraspinal muscles, trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles, as well as supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles. If there is secondary spasm of the anterior scalene muscle, the spasmodic muscle can be palpated on the inner side of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, which is equivalent to the level of the C3-C6 transverse process. There is a history of repeated stiff neck;
(4) The imaging examination can be normal or only have physiological curvature changes, mild intervertebral space stenosis, and little osteophyte formation.
3. Able to clearly describe their own situation and actively cooperate with the scoring survey;
4. Insist on receiving treatment and testing.

排除标准：

1.合并有心脑血管、肝肾及精神病；
2.颈椎关节有脱 位、骨折、结核、椎管内占位性病变；
3.妊娠期及哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney and mental illness;
2. Dislocations, fractures, tuberculosis, and space-occupying lesions in the spinal canal of the cervical vertebrae;
3. Pregnancy and lactation.
