研究目的：

术前评估定量测定阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者对瑞芬太尼的敏感程度。  

Objectives of Study：

Preoperative assessment to quantify sensitivity to remifentanil in patients with obstructive sleep apnea.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期全麻下行耳鼻喉科男性患者；
2.美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级I～Ⅱ级；
3.年龄18岁～65岁；
4.初中以上文化程度。
5.体重指数18-30kg／m^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male patients with ENT under elective general anesthesia;
2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I to II;
3. Aged 18 to 65 years;
4. Junior high school education level or above.
5. Body mass index 18-30kg/m^2.

排除标准：

1.精神疾病；
2.明显心肺肝肾等脏器功能损害；
3.有感染和发热；
4.听力及语言理解能力障碍；
5.酗酒史、慢性疼痛史、长期使用镇痛药物史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental illness;
2. Obvious damage to organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney;
3. Infection and fever;
4. Hearing and language comprehension impairment;
5. History of alcoholism, chronic pain, and long-term use of analgesic drugs.
