研究目的：

评估在使用止血带的下肢手术期间使用组织氧饱和度评估组织缺血损伤程度的实用性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the practicability of using tissue oxygen saturation to evaluate tissue ischemic injury during lower limb surgery with tourniquet.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、18-60岁
2、BMI 19-24
3、下肢关节或软组织损伤或骨折需行使用止血带手术
4、手术出血量预计不超过100ml
5、ASA I-II级

Inclusion criteria

1、18 ~ 60 years old patients
2、BMI 19-24
3、Lower limb joint or soft tissue injury or fracture requires surgery with tourniquet
4、Blood during surgery is expected to be no more than 100ml
5、The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to II

排除标准：

1、未控制的高血压和周围血管疾病
2、下肢血栓形成
3、下肢严重皮肤病
4、肿瘤患者
5、糖尿病并严重感染
6、既往有血管栓塞病史
7、拒绝参加

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled hypertension and peripheral vascular disease
2. Lower extremity thrombosis
3. Severe dermatosis of lower limbs
4. Complicated with tumor
5. Diabetes with severe infection
6. History of vascular embolism
7. Refuse to participate
