研究目的：

1.本研究拟通过对比心脏核磁成像技术（cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging，cMRI）与其他检查方法，研究cMRI在儿童频发室早的病因诊断方面的价值； 2.通过cMRI阳性组和阴性组的心内电生理检查结果，研究cMRI在评估儿童特发性室早的预后及指导治疗方面的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study intends to study the value of cMRI in the etiological diagnosis of children with frequent premature ventricular contractions by comparing cardiac MRI (cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging, cMRI) with other examination methods; 2. To study the clinical significance of cMRI in assessing the prognosis of children with idiopathic ventricular premature beats and guiding treatment through the intracardiac electrophysiological examination results of cMRI positive group and negative group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.6月-18岁门诊或住院儿童；
2.频发室早（室早负荷＞6次/分，24小时动态心电图监测室早＞1000次/24小时或合并室性心动过速）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 6 months to 18 outpatient or inpatient;
2. Frequent premature ventricular premature beats (ventricular premature load > 6 beats/min, 24-hour ambulatory ECG monitoring > 1000 beats/24 hours or combined with ventricular tachycardia).

排除标准：

1.已明确的器质性心脏病或由于药物、电解质紊乱、缺氧、手术、麻醉等因素引起的室早患者。
2.告知患儿家长行该检查的相关事项并签署特殊检查同意书，对于年龄≥6岁的儿童，充分告知并获得患儿的同意和配合。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with definite structural heart disease or premature ventricular arrhythmia caused by drugs, electrolyte disturbances, hypoxia, surgery, anesthesia and other factors.
2. Inform the parents of the children about the relevant matters of the examination and sign the special examination consent form. For children >= 6 years old, fully inform and obtain the consent and cooperation of the children.
