Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of Biostime children probiotics on the immune function of infants in clinical application

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.健康足月儿，妊娠≥37周单胎出生（即非早产儿），出生时体重≥2500 g；
2.婴幼儿月龄为0-18个月；
3.纯配方粉喂养婴幼儿优先，或者每日纯配方奶粉摄入量大于等于每日总乳（即母乳和配方乳摄入总量）摄入量的80%（或每天母乳喂养次数少于2次）；
4.受试者的父母或法定监护人同意婴幼儿使用本研究推荐的婴幼儿配方奶粉（即不含益生菌、每100g配方奶粉含低聚果糖或和低聚半乳糖少于2g）；
5.婴幼儿既往一个月未服用过益生菌类产品；实验期间也不摄入其他含益生菌或益生元的膳食补充剂；
6.受试者的父母或法定监护人能够理解和按要求填写婴幼儿日记卡；
7.受试者的父母或法定监护人知情同意，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy infants, gestation ≥37 weeks of single birth (i.e., non-preterm infants), birth weight ≥2500 g;
2. The monthly age of infants is 0-18 months;
3. Priority should be given to infants who are fed with pure formula, or whose daily intake of pure formula is greater than or equal to 80% of the total daily intake of milk (i.e. the total intake of breast milk and formula milk) (or who are breastfed less than twice a day);
4. The subject's parent or legal guardian agrees to use the infant formula recommended in this study (i.e. free of probiotics and containing less than 2g fructooligosaccharides and galactose oligosaccharides per 100g of formula);
5. Infants and toddlers have not taken probiotic products in the past month; No other dietary supplements containing probiotics or prebiotics were taken during the study.
6. The subject's parent or legal guardian can understand and fill in the infant diary card as required;
7. The subject's parents or legal guardians give informed consent and sign informed consent;

排除标准：

1.参与试验前一个月内服用过益生菌/益生元膳食补充剂或含有益生菌/高剂量益生元（每100g配方奶粉含低聚果糖或和低聚半乳糖高于2g）配方奶粉的婴幼儿；
2.参与试验前一个月内使用过抗生素的婴幼儿（对于小于1个月龄的婴幼儿，计算时间从出生之日起至入组前）；
3.合并严重感染或接受过任何胃肠外科手术的婴幼儿；
4.根据研究者的临床判断，婴幼儿目前或以前存在可能干扰研究的疾病/情况，如胃肠道畸形、慢性腹泻、吸收不良综合征、营养不良、先天性免疫缺陷、严重心肺疾病、先天性遗传代谢疾病等；
5.入组前或干预期间使用过抑制免疫功能药物（如糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂）的婴幼儿；
6.对已知益生菌敏感或者对低聚果糖、麦芽糊精成分过敏的婴幼儿；
7. 筛选前1个月内参加了其他药物或医疗器械临床试验的婴幼儿（对于小于1个月龄的婴幼儿，计算时间从出生之日起至入组前）；
8.不能按医嘱随访者；
9.早产儿或低体重儿；
10.由于其他原因，研究者认为不适合参加本试验的婴幼儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infants and young children who have taken probiotic/prebiotic dietary supplements or formula containing probiotics/high-dose prebiotics (more than 2g fructooligosaccharides or galactose oligosaccharides per 100g of formula) within one month before participating in the trial;
2. Infants who had received antibiotics within one month before participating in the study (for infants less than 1 month old, the time period was calculated from the date of birth to the day before enrollment);
3. Infants and young children with severe infections or who have undergone any gastrointestinal surgery;
4. According to the clinical judgment of the researcher, the infant or child has current or previous diseases/conditions that may interfere with the study, such as gastrointestinal malformation, chronic diarrhea, malabsorption syndrome, malnutrition, congenital immune deficiency, severe cardiopulmonary disease, congenital genetic metabolic disease, etc.;
5. Infants who had used immunosuppressive drugs (such as glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants) before enrollment or during the intervention;
6. Infants and children who are sensitive to known probiotics or allergic to oligosaccharides and maltodextrin ingredients;
7. Infants who participated in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices within 1 month prior to screening (for infants less than 1 month old, the time period was calculated from the date of birth to before enrollment);
8. Cannot follow the doctor's advice;
9. Premature or low birth weight infants;
10. Infants and young children considered unsuitable for this study by researchers for other reasons;
