研究目的：

本研究拟基于恐惧回避模型的理论框架，在文献回顾和专家咨询的基础上，初步构建冠心病PCI术后患者运动恐惧的干预方案，探讨恐惧回避模型和运动自我效能理论为指导的干预方案对PCI术后患者运动恐惧的干预效果，以期为临床实际提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theoretical framework of the fear-avoidance model, this study intends to construct a preliminary intervention program for exercising fear in post-PCI patients with coronary artery disease based on literature review and expert consultation, and to explore the intervention effects of the intervention program guided by the fear-avoidance model and exercise self-efficacy theory on exercise fear in post-PCI patients, to provide a reference for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁；
2.符合《中国经皮冠状动脉介入治疗指南》并首次行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗；
3.心脏疾病患者运动恐惧量表得分≥37分；
4.纽约心功能分级在Ⅲ级以内（含Ⅲ级）；
5.沟通交流无障碍，无精神系统疾病，无记忆障碍；
6.无传染性疾病；
7.患者及家属知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. age > 18 years.
2. conforming to the Chinese Guidelines for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention and undergoing their first percutaneous coronary intervention.
3. a score of ≥37 on the exercise fear scale for patients with cardiac disease.
4. New York cardiac function classification within grade III (including grade III).
5. no communication impairment, no psychiatric system disorders, no memory impairment.
6. no infectious diseases.
7. Patients and family members gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

1.接受急诊介入治疗的患者
2.患有恶性肿瘤、肝肾功能不全、血栓性疾病、严重躯体障碍等疾病；
3.正在参与其他研究，研究方案冲突

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients receiving emergency interventional treatment
2. suffering from malignancy, hepatic or renal insufficiency, thrombotic disease, severe somatic disorders, etc.
3. are participating in other studies with conflicting study protocols

本研究采用单盲随机对照的研究设计，研究主要负责人通过随机抽样的方法选取2022年11月-2023年5月在河北省人民医院心内科确诊为冠心病并首次行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术的患者80例，之后用计算机产生随机序列进行分组。
