研究目的：

用运动负荷心电图作为金标准，研究比较HyperQ高频QRS检测技术与ST段分析检测稳定型心绞痛患者运动诱发心肌缺血的诊断效能和增量价值，从而更好地进行临床推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Using exercise load ECG as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficacy and incremental value of HyperQ high-frequency QRS detection technology and ST-segment analysis for the detection of exercise-induced myocardial ischemia in patients with stable angina were studied, so as to promote clinical application

纳入标准：

稳定型心绞痛纳入标准：（1）临床症状：与心肌缺血相关的胸部不适（心绞痛）从以下四方面描述： a.部位：心肌缺血引起的胸部不适通常位于胸骨体后，可波及心前区， 有手掌大小范围，甚至横贯前胸，界限不很清楚。常放射至左肩、左臂 内侧达无名指和小指，或至颈、咽或下颌部。 b.性质：胸痛常为压迫、发闷、紧缩或胸口沉重感，有时被描述为颈部 扼制或胸骨后烧灼感，但不像针刺或刀扎样锐性痛。 c.持续时间：通常持续数分钟至10余分钟，大多数情况下3-5min，很少 超过30min，若症状仅持续数秒，则可能与心绞痛无关。 d.诱因：与劳累或情绪激动相关是心绞痛的重要特征。当负荷增加如走 坡路、逆风行走、饱餐后或天气变冷时，心绞痛常被诱发。疼痛多发生 于劳累或激动的当时，而不是劳累之后。含服硝酸甘油类药物常可在数 分钟内使心绞痛缓解。 （2）辅助检查：心肌酶谱正常：CTA/冠脉造影诊断为冠心病。

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion criteria of stable angina pectoris: (1) Clinical symptoms: chest discomfort related to myocardial ischemia (angina pectoris) is described from the following four aspects: a. Location: chest discomfort caused by myocardial ischemia is usually located behind the sternum, which can affect the precordial area, with a palm size range, or even across the anterior chest. The boundary is not very clear. It often radiates to the left shoulder, the medial side of the left arm to the ring finger and little finger, or to the neck, pharynx or jaw. b. Nature: Chest pain is often oppressive, stuffy, constrictive or chest heavy, sometimes described as neck strangulation or burning behind the sternum, but it is not like sharp pain like acupuncture or knife. c. Duration: It usually lasts for several minutes to more than 10 minutes. In most cases, it lasts for 3-5 minutes, rarely more than 30 minutes. If the symptoms only last for a few seconds, it may not be related to angina pectoris. d. Inducement: It is an important feature of angina pectoris that it is related to fatigue or emotional excitement. Angina pectoris is often induced when the load increases, such as walking uphill, against the wind, after a full meal or when the weather becomes cold. Pain usually occurs when you are tired or excited, not after you are tired. Nitroglycerin containing drugs can often relieve angina pectoris in a few minutes. (2) Auxiliary examination: myocardial zymogram was normal
2.CTA/coronary angiography diagnosed coronary heart disease.

排除标准：

（1）有急性或慢性呼吸系统疾病； （2）有肝或肾功能明显异常； （3）有甲状腺功能异常等内分泌疾病； （4）贫血或其他血液疾病； （5）结缔组织病（红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、皮肌炎、结节性多动脉炎等）； （6）肥胖（BMI>28kg/cm2）； （7）有恶性肿瘤的患者； （8）感染性疾病或者传染性疾病患者； （9）有创伤或者肢体活动障碍的患者； （10）抑郁症等心理或精神疾病； （11）职业运动员、孕妇或哺乳期妇女、酗酒者； （15）不能配合研究中其他检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have acute or chronic respiratory diseases, (2) The liver or kidney function is obviously abnormal, (3) Endocrine diseases such as thyroid dysfunction, (4) Anemia or other blood diseases, (5) Connective tissue disease (lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, dermatomyositis, polyarteritis nodosa, etc.), (6) Obesity (BMI>28kg/cm2), (7) Patients with malignant tumors, (8) Patients with infectious diseases or infectious diseases, (9) Patients with trauma or physical activity disorder, (10) Psychological or mental diseases such as depression, (11) Professional athletes, pregnant or lactating women, alcoholics, (15) Unable to cooperate with other examiners in the study.
