研究目的：

本研究主要目的为开发和优化基于血浆的胃癌早筛模型，并验证该模型的性能，以期达到通过无创的血液检测辅助胃癌早筛的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to develop and optimize a plasma based early screening model for gastric cancer, and verify the performance of this model, so as to achieve the goal of assisting early screening of gastric cancer through non-invasive blood detection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）胃癌组：经病理确诊为胃癌的患者；
2）非癌组：胃镜检查和/或组织病理学确认为正常人群或非萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃息肉等良性疾病受试者；
3）临床资料完整；
4）受试者本人自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Gastric cancer group: patients with gastric cancer confirmed by pathology;

2) Non cancer group: normal people or subjects with non atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric polyp and other benign diseases confirmed by gastroscopy and/or histopathology;

3) Complete clinical data;

4) Subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1)既往有恶性肿瘤病史者；
2)同时患有两种及以上恶性肿瘤者；
3)病理学评估无法确认原发灶；
4)既往有全胃或部分胃切除术史者；
5)既往有骨髓或器官移植史者；
6)入组前6个月有过输血史者；
7)抽血前接受过抗肿瘤治疗的受试者；
8)拒绝签署知情同意书参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Previous history of malignant tumor;

2) Patients with two or more malignant tumors at the same time;

3) The primary lesion could not be confirmed by pathological evaluation;

4) Previous history of total or partial gastrectomy;

5) Previous bone marrow or organ transplantation;

6) Those who had a history of blood transfusion 6 months before enrollment;

7) Subjects who received anti-tumor treatment before blood drawing;

8) Those who refused to sign the informed consent form to participate in the study.
